I think it's same as describe above in this Blog. When i compile a simple UiApplication it's ok but when i run it on the simulator 9630 i am unable to see any icon of my application from which i can run my UiApplication! Can you please help how to attach an icon in UiApplication using Netbeas 6.8.

The pitfalls section was incredibly helpful, these were bits and pieces that I was missing from the other documentation I had looked at regarding getting this all to work.

I had not added the UIApplication class to the Midlets in the Application Descriptor.

I very much prefer using NetBeans to Eclipse, and now I can go back to NetBeans again.
